My Journey
I am a 2016 graduate of the University of Minnesota who studied Marketing, International Business, and Spanish Studies in the Carlson School of Management.

Following graduation I decided to work and save money for the trip of a lifetime. I paid my debts and reached my goal by my 24th Birthday. On May 3, 2018 I jumped on my bike and took off. One year later I had pedaled 16,000 miles across the Americas from Minnesota to Alaska to Panama.

After completing my Bike Tour, I started a company and pursued new opportunities. I worked as a Commercial Salmon Fisherman in Naknek, Alaska in addition to working in Residential Home Remodeling and Landscaping in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota.

I have now landed in the Healthcare industry working in Medical Sales. I currently work for Cepheid (a Danaher Company) as a Territory Sales Executive selling molecular diagnostic equipment to hospital laboratories. In my prior role I sold Hiossen Implant products to Doctors and Oral Surgeons.

In following my passions I have also committed to education in Emergency Medicine. During EMT training I gained clinical experience in North Memorial's Level 1 Trauma Center/ED in addition to working on Ambulances. I greatly enjoyed shadowing and assisting Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses, and Paramedics. As of January 2021 I am now a confident and competent Certified EMT!
